Once again I am having trouble with a bridge. I think I finally have the words how I want them and a cool melody to go with them but I am having a lot of trouble both finding the right chords, that fit with the song, and fitting it in the frame work. If any of you are masters of writing/building bridges please let me in on your secrets.

let's see... bridges. Huh. Can't really come up with anything except for the standard modulate to a new key or change your chord progression or just find some angsty line that the chords naturally flow into fare.
